SHIPPING POLICY:
Our shipping policy offers FREE Ground Shipping on any order over $50 and FREE 2 Day Shipping on any order over $100! Additionally, you are able to select a Shipping Upgrade for a flat fee based on the service you select and your Shipping Zone.
Orders between $50 and $99.99 are Free Ground Shipping and you can Upgrade to:
- 2 Day Shipping for a flat fee of $15*
- Next Day Shipping for a flat fee of $35*
Orders over $100 are Free 2 Day Shipping and you can Upgrade to:
- Next Day Shipping for a flat fee of $20*
Orders over $599.99:
- 15% Shipping charge based on the items in your cart*
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be processed that day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Our chocolates are of the finest quality and we want to assure you get to enjoy them.
While we make every effort to assure our product arrives to you in the best condition, our products are heat sensitive and therefore, based on your shipping location, you may not see an option to ship via Ground Shipping or 2 Day Shipping. We recommend selecting the quickest shipping method available.
Your shopping cart will reflect the available ship methods based on the forecasted temperature at the destination address. Our shipping department monitors daily temperatures and, if needed, you will be contacted if the method you selected is no longer available on the day your package will ship.
When insulation is required there is an additional $4 handling fee applied to Shipping at checkout.
Le Belge Chocolatier does not generally ship over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
